“Grounding” — sometimes called “Earthing” — refers to balancing the energy in your body by ensuring you have a strong energetic connection to the earth. In this 1.5 hour workshop we’ll be discussing several very effective techniques for quickly getting, and staying, grounded.
When we are ungrounded we have excess energy running through our systems and the effects can be unpleasant and distracting. We can feel emotionally unsettled, unfocused and anxious, as well as feeling physical symptoms such as dizziness, lightheadedness and fatigue. Staying grounded is an essential component to maintaining physical, mental and emotional well- being. This workshop will teach you very easy, accessible and “portable” grounding strategies that can be performed anywhere and at any time!
We’ll be using Zoom conferencing; login details will be shared a few days before the start of class. Zoom enables you to join from wherever you are by phone or computer (audio or video). I’ll also be recording the session so you can access it later.
